
This does come with 2 sets of studs, and should be pretty much a drop in replacement. One option that I bookmarked at the time (though pricey) was this MannMade Intonable bridge. Kluson 2 Point Fulcrum Contemporary Tremolo Bridge, replacement unit for Fender.

Back when I was researching a new bridge I found out that the SE's use different studs (metric size) than the USA models, so just be careful if you replace them. But in my case most of my intonation issue were with open chords and stuff below the 5th fret. Where I did see a significant intonation improvement on my SE was by replacing the stock plastic nut, and slotting it correctly for 10s. This is not the case for everyone's setup, but in my opinion it's probably unlikely you'll achieve any improvements in tone, or significant improvements in intonation by upgrading. Bottom line: the binary system of just being able to adjust the top and the bottom and having the middle strings just "work out" is very unsatisfying, but more often than not does work surprisingly well. I haven't gotten around to this, but gave it serious thought after adjusting the intonation myself on the stock stoptail.
